I recently bought a pair of new tires for my beetle. At the time, I was somewhat concerned that the sales guy had sold me tires that cost $60 more than the grade I’d used last time, and I wondered if I was getting taken for a ride. Then I took a ride, and realized the new tires are worth every penny. Where I used to understeer before, now I can oversteer, and these tires never squeal during a hard corner.
Sometimes I wonder if they are too much tire for the OEM frame =p
